The project involves Community Center and Mini Center parking lot asphalt resurfacing, parking lot striping and related work. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids.
Work will include sub grade repairs, drainage improvement, sanitary sewer replacement, parking lot striping, removal of existing pavement and new paving. A pre-bid conference will be held at Poppy Lane Conference Room on April 2, 2024 at 10:00 AM. Attendance at the pre-bid is not mandatory but is strongly recommended.
