The City of Hagerstown ("City) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to implement a mobile parking payment system that enables payment for parking via a mobile phone app, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), telephone, or website via a mobile device at its public parking lots, on-street spaces, and two public parking garages.
Description The City of Spokane, through its Parking Meter Department is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Proposals from Firms interested in providing Mobile Parking Payment system. It is the responsibility of Proposers to check ProcureWare for Addenda or other additional information that may be posted regarding this Request.
