: The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of State Parks, requires the services of a vendor to provide a full-service Park Reservation and Revenue Management system for the public and park employees.

Specifically, DCR is looking for vendors to submit proposals for implementing a virtual parking fee collection system to be implemented at fifty-three (53) agency facilities that collect parking fees with the possibility of adding additional sites; provide customer service for staff or patrons using the system, and provide visitation and revenue data remotely through a secure system.

Enable the client to meet revenue targets, attendance targets, and measurable performance outcomes. Be based on Parks Canada’s established VES methodology. Contracts resulting from the SA will typically range anywhere between $1,000.00 up to a maximum of $500,000.00 (HST included). The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
