ASBESTOS / HAZARDOUS ABATEMENT: Prior to commencement of work the Contractor shall perform an asbestos inspection of the structure to be demolished and submit a report to the City. If asbestos is found, the Contractor shall properly remove and dispose of the affected substances according to current laws and regulations.
