The proposed improvements include removal of the Peculiar Drive traffic signal and connection at Route 58 and construction of a new street to tie Peculiar Drive into the intersection of Route 58 and Powell Parkway. Improvements on Route 58 include eastbound deceleration lanes, a potential right in/right out east of Powell Parkway, shared use path and sidewalks, crosswalks, traffic signal modifications, medians and all associated appurtenances.
