Park Sustainable Trails Project Phase I area.

The Project is proposed for seven City-owned open space parks: Parma Park, Honda Valley Park, Elings Park, Hale Park, Franceschi Park, Stevens Park, and Douglas Family Preserve. This system will be used to perform 5-6 studies daily in the Radiology departments at Wade Park and Parma CBOC. In the coming months and beyond, the need for high-quality evaluations like modified barium swallow studies is going to be crucial. Many patients who were put on ventilators are going to unfortunately have complications or normal issues associated with such cases.

This technology is available within our Wade Park and Parma locations, though it is not yet widely available at clinics to avoid costly outsourcing of many patient cases. This ability is important for patient outcomes as it provides a less invasive way of case completion.
