Bid Number 269-274 Solicitation Development Partner for Enterprise Management System - Modernization & Augmentation Solicitation Type Request for Proposals County Iowa Description IEDA is seeking a Contractor to consult and develop services and/or software to modernize and extend its existing platforms into a comprehensive “Enterprise Management System”.
The purpose of this task order is to provide contractor support to CENTCOM, subordinate Combatant Commands, including SOCCENT TSOC operations by performing Imagery Intelligence Analysis, Full Motion Video (FMV) Monitoring and Screening, Information Technology support, and Logistics support to intelligence operations.
The CPIE mission supports the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR) and provides direct support to USCENTCOM subordinate Combatant Commands, including SOCCENT TSOC operations by performing Imagery Intelligence Analysis, Full Motion Video (FMV) Monitoring and Screening, Information Technology support, and Logistics support to intelligence operations.
The proposed contract action is for geoanalysis software in support of the European Partner Integration Enterprise (EPIE). The system uses proprietary JAGWIRE geoanalysis software for the user analysis portion of the above program. EPIE processe and tools must remain maximally interoperable with other systems to ensure proper interfacing.
Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
