The purpose of this contract is to secure professional services and specialized training from the Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA), a critical partner of the DFC Program. The contractor shall conduct trainings to NCIPC/DOP/DFC staff during the CADCA National Forum, CADCA Mid-Year Training Institute, and other trainings that will aid the Drug-Free Communities Branch in managing the DFC Program.
