Luke Air Force Base intends to issue a firm-fixed-price contract for a 14 KVH Radomes (Part # 30-0126), and concurrently issue a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) based on the inital quote. This notice does not commit the Government to a contract. It is the Government's intent to post the solicitation within 7 days after synopsis notification.
Luke Air Force Base has a requirement for 28 KVH Radomes (Part #30-0126). Substitute products will not be accepted as this is a brand name requirement. All products are required to be new, in good condition, free from defects, and have all required installation accessories provided upon delivery.Please see the attached solicitation for further information.
THE ALTERNATE OFFEROR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A COMPLETE DATA PACKAGE INCLUDING DATA FOR THE APPROVED AND ALTERNATE PART FOR EVALUATION.

The contractor shall provide all parts, labor, and equipment necessary to remove and dispose of the existing radome and provide and install a new radome on the existing building as described in this section and in accordance with the plans and specifications provided while meeting all government security requirements.
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a delivery order under Basic Ordering Agreement Contract N00019-15-G-0026 with the Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation on an 'other than full and open' competitive basis to establish unique MQ-4C Triton UAS radome and panel part numbers used to create Supplier Work Instructions (SWI) for sparing.
