The services required provide all supplies and management for the operation of the store. Attached is the Vehicle Roster and a Historical Parts List. The Parts Lists is a list of parts that have been required by Base Motor Transport Division from January 2019 through October 2022.
(c) This solicitation is issued for the purpose of: gathering information for COPARS (Contractor Operated Parts Store) for 75th LRS/LGRV.(End of provision)
The COPARS shall procure, store, and issue: i). vehicle maintenance, repair, and replacement parts; ii). Heating Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC) parts; and iii). Building maintenance and repair parts. This will be a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals once the solicitation is released.

Sierra Army Depot (SIAD) has a requirement for personnel and materials necessary to operate a Contractor Operated Parts Store (COPARS) at SIAD. This requirement directly supports the SIAD Motor Pool and Facilities Equipment Maintenance Division (FEMD) and will provide for the rapid delivery of necessary vehicle; Heating, Ventiation and Cooling (HVAC); and building/structure repair and maintenance parts.
