The contractor shall, in conjunction with MTF staff, perform such steps from OHI discovery through collection to posting from third party payers in this Third Party Collection Program (TPCP). The Government will retain overall responsibility for the Third Party Collection program. Functions performed by government employees will continue to be performed with the in-house staff.
