Liberty Transit is operated through a third-party operator contract issued in fall of 2015 which will expire in November 2020. The City of Hinesville is the owner and operator of Liberty Transit and the City desires support to develop and administer a federally compliant RFP/RFQ process to competitively bid the third party operating contract prior to the existing contract’s expiration in 2020.
