The firm selected, upon review of the submitted proposals and any subsequent interviews, if required, will provide a program convenient and efficient baggage check-in services for airline passengers by enabling them to check-in remotely, to print boarding passes and bag tags, and to check baggage and have it securely delivered to the airport for screening. Please note that this is a sealed RFP process.

New passes are obtained at the Welcome Center/Entry Control Point 1 on Camp Arifjan. Renewals and upgrades are handled at the Provost Marshal Office, Building 159 located on Camp Arifjan. The Badging Office provides support from 0700 to 1600 and 1900 to 0400 daily. Offerors are advised that badging for citizens/residents of certain countries is restricted or unavailable.
