The contractor will complete a functional end-user ready, fully digital interactive map and wayfinding system to navigate from Point A to Point B from a computer or mobile device for the Tomah VA Medical Center campus. The new interactive external 3d layout design of the campus map will be based off the previous 3d campus map JDLA, LLC provided in 2022.
Once the wayfinding app is enabled, the facility can proactively geo-fence welcome message boards as well as give patients the ability to find their way through the hospital with wayfinding technology. This will give patients an all-in-one portal or hub to interact with when either outside or inside the VA hospital.

Quillen VA Medical Center (JHQVAMC), Mountain Home, Tennessee installed wayfinding and patient education monitors throughout the main hospital complex to enhance the patient and visitor experience while at the medical center. These monitors are programed to display not only wayfinding maps at pivotal decision points, but they will also stream video content specific to the area in which the monitor is located.
