THIS PROJECT WILL NO LONGER BE PROCURED USING THE DESIGN BUILD METHOD. IT WILL BE A BID, TO BE RELEASED IN SPRING/SUMMER 2023.
The Town of Weston is accepting bids for the Weston Library Patio Pavers project at 87 School St in Weston. Bids will be accepted at the Town of Weston School Administration Office, 89 Wellesley Street, Weston, MA, 02493 until 10:00AM on August 17, 2022, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Site visits shall be coordinated by contacting the Facilities Department at 781-786-5270.
The work also includes provision and installation of new granite and concrete patio pavers and improvements to the sub base at the cafeteria patio. Total disturbed area for patio pavers will be about 9,626SF. Patio pavers are to match the existing color, pattern and size.
