The Contractor shall provide pavement clearance services, to include snow and ice removal services, on paved driving/parking areas, sidewalks, side streets and roads as annotated on Technical Exhibit (TE) B. Services shall commence during the winter season and in accordance with (IAW) the installation’s Snow and Ice Removal Plan from the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR).
ClearanceThe intent of 1503060 Pavement Clearance is to specify the requirements related to pavement sweeping and snow removal operations.
Annex 1503060 Pavement Clearance Services shall include removal, hauling, and disposal of snow, ice, and sand; street sweeping; grounds cleanup; and erecting/removing snow fences. In addition, this annex includes pier sweeping and pavement clearance for the pier. Procurement Method: Contracting by Negotiation – Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
