This project provides for the improvement of Lake Louise Road, from Lake Whatcom Boulevard to Austin Street, in unincorporated Whatcom County, Washington.
Work includes catch basin installation, culvert installation, bituminous pavement repair, bituminous pavement planing, HMA paving, crack sealing, pavement markings, guardrail raising and replacing posts, permanent signing, and other work, as further described in the bid documents.
