NCS Pearson, Inc. will obtain and grant the right to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to utilize the tests, scoring algorithms, and norms. NCS Pearson, Inc. and the VA will ensure the legal rights to intellectual property are maintained and protected. Intellectual property will be stored in VA information systems and used to administer and score the tests.

Added: Oct 05, 2017 10:03 am The Rosebud Indian Health Service has warded a sole source contract to Pearson Education, Inc. for pyschological testing kits and material for the Behavioral Health Department at the Rosebud I.H.S. Hospital, Rosebud, SD.
Candidates will be monitored by a Pearson Vue proctor through their webcam and microphone to ensure the integrity of the examination. This implementation will not affect the availability of examinations in testing centers. Candidates will still have the option to test in person at a Pearson Vue authorized testing center.
