This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of a boiler at the fire department at Pease Air National Guard Base, NH. Please review all attached documents for a complete understanding of the requirement defined in the Performance Work Statement and how to respond to this solicitation.

In order to ensure the safety and security of the people, equipment and infrastructure at Pease Air National Guard, Buildings must be upgraded to communicate security information to the central monitoring system. The Advantor security system is the existing standardized security system installed and operated base wide at Pease Air National Guard Base.

Army Corps of Engineers intends to require, on a sole source basis, a brand name requirement for the manufacturer Advantor to supply the Electronic Safety and Security System components for Building 264 Renovations and Addition of Squadron Operations project at Pease Air National Guard Base, Portsmouth, NH. 

Specifically, the 157th ARW of the New Hampshire Air National Guard has a need to replace three flat roofs on Bldg 254 at Pease Air National Guard Base. The total square footage of roof that needs replacement is approximately 33,250 sqft with an adhered PVC system. Work shall also include demolition of existing structures and hazardous material abatement where applicable.
