Base bid includes demolition of the two buildings, foundation removals, utility abandonment, site sidewalks, and University Drive pedestrian crossing improvements adjacent to the canal bridge. Figure 1- Location Map Phase 1 Construction The Village of Estero’s consultants are currently working to complete the design and permitting of the proposed Phase 1 improvements on the property. The Phase 1 improvements include a walking path, pedestrian bridge over the Estero River, a restroom building, parking lot, landscaping, irrigation and utilities. Copies of the construction plans and permits have been attached.
