The Contractor will provide certification testing, reporting, and training for oral test panelists for a series of certification testing of potential Behavioral Health Peer Counselors. The Certified Peer Counselor (CPC) Program is a training program for a specialized service provided by Medicaid State agencies which requires a certification and testing process. This testing needs a specially trained team.
