The County reserves the right to waive formalities in any proposal and to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part with or without cause and/or to accept the proposal that in its judgment will be in the best interest of Pender County Utilities.
Any contractor wishing to be prequalified for the work must complete an application and be approved by Pender County Utilities prior to bidding. Evaluation of the applications for prequalification shall be made by Pender County Utilities after the stated closing date and time for receipt of applications. This prequalification of contractors to bid on this project is applicable to this project only.
