Contract award or performance is suspended during the protest to the same extent, and within the same time periods, as if filed at the GAO. The AMC protest decision goal is to resolve protests within 20 working days from filing. To be timely, protests must be filed within the periods specified in FAR 33.10.
Such books and records shall be maintained by the supplier for a period of five (5) years from the date of final payment under the prime contract and by the subcontractor for a period of five (5) years from the date of final payment under the subcontract, pursuant to LAC 34:XIII.1603. 32.
During such periods of suspended payments, the Contractor shall continue to provide uninterrupted collection service as required and as intended by the contract documents untit he has resolved his non-compliance and shall do so without any added cost to the City.
The period of performance will be for one (1) year after award at Cheyenne River Health Center (EBH) and Pine Ridge IHS Hospital (PRH). The acquisition is to provide Simulation-based training for medical procedures and team-based practice in caring for critically ill patients in an ED setting.
In the event the Owner issued the Letter of Award during this period, or any extension thereof, the Bid accepted shall continue to remain binding until the execution of the Contract. 17. A Proposal may be withdrawn at any time prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of Bids, provided the request is in writing, executed by the Bidder or its duly authorized representative and is filed with the Owner prior to that time.
