This opportunity focuses on the heart of being a woman, showing the special connection between women and their art. It digs into how women express themselves through creativity, their tools, materials, and the process of making art.

The primary goal of these services is to strengthen the coping skills, pro-social behaviors, personal empowerment, and resilience of youth to prevent and address distress and high-risk behaviors. Bidder should propose specific evidence-based, promising, and/or community-defined practices to be offered as appropriate to the target populations based on age and other demographic information.

The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services from a qualified Contractor to provide individuals experiencing first episode psychosis and/or persistent serious mental illness with the Coordinated Specialty Care based model of delivery to include a focus on individual resiliency training, education and employment support, peer to peer support, and personal empowerment.

Building these skill sets will better position our leaders to provide an inclusive workplace that fosters the motivation and development of others, facilitates effective delegation, empowerment, personal sacrifice and risk for the good of the mission, facilitates trust, confidence, cooperation and teamwork, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts.

Peer Recovery Specialists are trained to assist others in skill-building, problem-solving, setting up and maintaining self-help mutual support groups, and building self-directed recovery tools.
