The goverment is amending RFP HSHQDN-17-R-0003 to change the threshold of Personal Radiation Detector Operational Requirement OR-3 Neutron Detection to reference ANSI Standard N42.32-2016 as opposed to ANSI Standard N42.32-2006.The Government previously published a Special Notice, dated May 9, 2017, regarding this RFP amendment to determine if the change would have affected the original field of offerors.
