The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Office of Mission Support, Acquisition Division intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Chapter 36, Personalized Career Planning and Guidance (PCPG) Services, for the VBA Office of Transition and Economic Development (TED).

In order to accomplish its mission of easing the Veteran transition, TED functions and activities incorporate connecting transitioning service members, Veterans, and their families, throughout their military careers and into civilian life, about the wide-range of available benefits, services, and resources through its core services: TAP; VA Solid Start Program (VASS); and Personalized Career Planning and Guidance (PCPG).

This includes but is not limited to: operation of all identified transition assistance places of performance; providing pre-separation and initial counseling; personalized transition and financial counseling; individual transition planning advice; career skills program support; employment-seeking assistance; marketing and career/hiring event support; and assisting employers with connecting their open positions with the transitioning service member
