The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from a public art conservator or restoration expert to address maintenance needs on sixteen (16) public art installations in the City, as further described in the attached materials. The City reserves the right to not proceed with the conservation of all sixteen (16) pieces. Future installations may be added at a mutually agreed upon price for each new location.
Several alternative cross-sections were developed to accommodate pedestrians, public transit facilities, on-street parking, and bike lanes and/or a separated cycle track within the existing right-of-way. These concepts were evaluated with input from the public and stakeholders.
