Firms will be expected to maintain product quality and accountability at these GOCO facilities. The scope of this eRFQ is to secure a comprehensive supply base that can deliver various types of petroleum-based fuels to meet the operational needs of a broad demographic of state and local government users who require quality products/service, timely and effective delivery, and high levels of customer care during and after the sale.
