Current Environment The Department currently operates in the MMIS system, while production of the PRISM system will be completed prior to “go live” for the proposed new systems. The pharmacy claims processing system will process prescription pharmacy claims in real time and interfaces with the PRISM system, the Data Warehouse, the Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), and Prepaid Mental Health Plans (PMHPs).
