The 325 Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Spectra Logic Corporation for SpectraGuard Support with 24/7 Phone Support under the authority of FAR 13.106(b).Spectra Logic Corporation has been identified as the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of the required Spectra Logic maintenance support services and no other authorized distributors are reasonably available to be considered for contract award.
Bulletin Desc: EOHHS is posting this Bid to procure a qualified vendor to provide customer service and operations support services to MassHealth primarily for phone support and secondarily for paper processing.
