Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source award to Techmode for hardware and technical support service for the Great Lakes Air and Marine Branch phone system. GLAMB phone system was recently replaced and now require support service beyond local expertise and to support proprietary hardware. The contractor is the only company that can maintain it as the equipment is proprietary.
