Interested bidders are invited to submit a single proposal which indicates which service(s) they intend to provide: Specialty Physician Services, Psychiatric Services, Telepsychiatry Services, or any combination thereof. Specialty Physician Services includes both on-site services and Telemedicine.

Young Job Corps Center is requesting proposals from interested providers to submit their bids for Physician's Services (Physician). PHYSICIAN SERVICESWHITNEY M. YOUNG JOB CORPS CENTERSTATEMENT OF WORK The Center Physician, referred to henceforth as the physician, or subcontractor, agrees to provide students of the Whitney M. Young Job Corps Center, referred to henceforth as the center, with the services herein. 

ANESTHESIOLOGY PHYSICIAN SERVICES: The contractor shall provide On-Site Anesthesiology Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Minneapolis VA Health Care System.

PULMONARY PHYSICIAN SERVICES: The contractor shall provide On-Site Pulmonary Physician Services in accordance with the specifications contained in the Performance Work Statement to beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and the Sioux Falls SD VA Hospital.

NOTE TO RESPONDENTS: On-Site Gastroenterology physician services within the Des Moines metro area is a difficult-to-fill contract requirement. Respondents are encouraged to survey the market before responding. REQUIREMENT: The Contractor shall provide On-Site Gastroenterology Physician Services at the Central Iowa VA Health Care System, located at 3600 30th Street, Des Moines IA 50310.
