This is a Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for MC-12 Pilot Simulator Training. The 137th SOW at Will Rogers Air National Guard (WRANGB) is preparing to award a PricedIndefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to a vendor for Simulator Training Events for Pilots of the MC-12 aircraft/civilian equivalent Beechcraft King Air 350 with Proline 21 Avionics Suite. The requirement is defined in the attached Statement of Work.

Added: Jun 13, 2018 10:59 am This is a Simplified Acquisition Proposal Request (SAPR) for C-21A pilot simulator training.  The required training includes classroom and simulator training in the following courses:  Initial, Refresher, Instructor, Senior Officer, Proficiency, and a Government Use Simulator Period.

For example, the COTS solution may be composed of a combination of virtual, augmented, or mixed reality and or 360-degree video, or other recommended COTS advanced technology fighter pilot flight simulator software and or USAF owned flight simulator software. The COTS solution shall include a hands-on throttle and stick (HOTAS).

The US Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-Warren) has a requirement to purchase Initial and Refresher Flight Simulator Training for the de Havilland DHC-7 aircraft.
