Using an implementation science approach, the consultant will work with MHCC staff to pilot test tools, develop case studies, checklists, resource lists, and practical examples of operationalization. The consultant will incorporate the findings of the MHCC’s ongoing public consultations, internal engagements, and practitioner and subject matter expert interviews, and engage with the MHCC policy and research team on an ongoing basis.

This bid is to purchase the specified polyaluminum chloride product that was used in the full-scale pilot test per RFQ 16-204 for the City of Boise Public Works Department.  The City of Boise will be utilizing the polyaluminum chloride (product) supplied at the Dixie Drain Phosphorus Removal Facility to remove phosphorus from an agricultural drain.  The vendor shall provide a bid for the product tested in the full-scale pilot test.
