This contract is to provide Mowing and Trimming Services in parks and facilities located in the Pine Bluff Site Office area. Mowing andTrimming Services are to be performed at Saint Marie Park, Pine Bluff Site Office / Emmett Sanders Lock and Dam, Sheppard Island Park, Trulock Park, Rising Star Park, Huff's Island Park, Joe Hardin Lock and Dam / Access Road and Boyd Point Levee.

Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The contractor shall provide Solid Waste Removal Services for Pine Bluff Site Office. The Solicitation has been written to enable multiple awards. Bid Schedules based upon locations grouped by vicinity, there are eight schedules represented. Quoters are invited to submit quotes for one or all schedules, if desired.

The intent of this contract is to provide general maintenance, electrical maintenance, and plumbing maintenance services at Pine Bluff Site Office facilities. Services include but not limited to general maintenance, performing electrical and plumbing repairs and installation.
