invitation to bid is to select a supplier to provide, deliver, and install a Rubrik Enterprise Backup and Disaster Recovery System or equal for Pinellas County School District’s Technology Information Systems and Data Department. The District’s intent is to secure firm, net pricing for the contract period as specified herein. These systems are located at the Largo Administration Building, and a secondary location is at Oak Grove Middle School.
Pinellas County Schools reserves the right to change the number of schools to be serviced during the contract period. Any location shall be serviced at the same rate/cost as bid herein.

If all vendors are Florida residents, a Pinellas County vendor will receive preference; if there is no Pinellas County vendor, preference will be given to the one closest to the Pinellas County School Administration Building, based upon mileage data provided by Mapquest.com.
