Currently T-1, T-38, and T-6 aircrafts have an existing attachment holder in the cockpit that is manufactured by PIVOT. New PIVOT cases are required for iPads. Cases are meant to protect the device that they’re enclosing. A carrying case can guard a device against fall damage, bumps, liquid spills, and adverse weather conditions. In order to prevent compatibility issues PIVOT cases must attach to PIVOT mounts.
