BACKGROUND The new Jamaica Plain VA Medical Center Tier 3 Main Computer Room in Boston, MA will be located inside the main ambulatory building (Bldg. 1F). See attached map of the entire VA Medical Center campus in Boston, MA for reference. The Jamaica Plain campus of the VA Boston Healthcare System provides primary care and specialty services, including mental health, laser therapy for vision and cancer, and treatment for spinal cord injuries.
Description of Services: The contractor will provide all material, labor, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the above-named project at the VA Southern Oregon Rehab Center & Clinics, 8495 Crater Lake Hwy, White City, OR 97503, and Portland VA Medical Center Vancouver campus, 1601 E 4th Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98661.
This procurement is for new OEM medical equipment only for VA medical facilities. (b) Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM. All software licensing, warranty and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions.

Contractor personnel shall comply with medical treatment facility policies regarding personal appearance and conduct. Smoking Policy Enforcement: Smoking is prohibited within the medical center and grounds. Safety shall be performed in accordance with NFPA 99, Chapter 7.
