INTENT The City of Santa Clara is soliciting statements of qualifications from consultants to provide building plan check review, field inspections, and related services. Please start with and refer to the SOQ instructions for a complete summary of the requirements, solicitation process, and submission instructions.
Proposer may submit bids that include: 1) building permit plan check services, 2) building permit inspection services, or 3) both building permit plan check and building permit inspection services. These building and safety services will be construed as mutually exclusive services.
