RFP NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat proposals will be received by the Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District (HVLCSD) until 2PM on Friday, November 11, 2022 for: Design Plans and Specifications for the Backup Power Reliability (BPR) Project. The Hidden Valley Lake Community Services District (District) is requesting proposals from consulting firms for the planning, engineering and design of the Backup Power Reliability Project.

Proposal must reflect everything in the plan, please no hidden items or fees ii. At least two items for public engagement iii. Final product meeting approved design to include no less than a splash park iv. Commencement of services may begin upon completion of contract v.
