The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Colorado requires services for the development of Wetland Reserve Plan of Operations (WRPO) for land enrolled in the EWPP-FPR, WRP and ACEP programs. WRPOs are needed to identify how the wetland functions and values will be restored, enhanced and managed to accomplish the goals and objectives of the EWPP-FRE, WRP, and ACEP programs.

Hilcorp Alaska, LLC, MPU S Pad Expansion Unit Plan of Operations Amendment The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received an amendment application on December 1, 2021, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (HAK) to modify the original Unit Plan of Operations for S Pad within the Milne Point Unit (MPU). The proposed activities will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.346.

This notice is pertaining to the Department’s review and adjudication of the Plan of Operations and the Reclamation Plan. The Plan of Operations are pursuant to Alaska Statutes 38.05 (Alaska Land Act) and the 11 AAC 86.800 (Plan of Operations). Extraction and use of material under the Plan of Operations is authorized under AS 38.05.565, Sale or Disposal of Materials for Special Purposes.
