These services will manage the projects and changes to project or product scope. For software development projects, the contractor should always consider the use of an agile/iterative development methodology and adhere to the applicable PMI guidelines/standards commensurate with the size, scope and complexity of the task requirements.
The DCSA Enterprise maintains a number of legacy systems and is responsible for the development and implementation of the Enterprise Security System (ESS).The overall objective of DCSA Cyber Security Support Services is to provide comprehensive cybersecurity support to the current enterprise and transformational cybersecurity support for the future DCSA organizational enterprise.
The contractor shall provide multi-disciplinary security support, including aspects of information security, personnel security, operations security, industrial security, physical security, communications security and anti-terrorism/force protection duties, while also being responsive and flexible to dynamic security situations as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) and applicable regulations except for those items specified as Government
The program security support disciplines consist of Program Management, General Security Support, Information Security Support, Industrial Security Support, Physical Security Support, Personnel Security Support, Counter-Intelligence Support, Special Security Studies, Foreign Disclosure Support, Program Protection Cybersecurity/Security Control Assessment Services and Program Protection Engineering Services.
