Except for one raw sewage influent pump and the rehabilitated mechanical screen, the mechanical equipment at the plant is all still “original” as of the 1993 upgrade, which means it has been operational for approximately twenty-six years. Replacement parts are no longer available for the UV equipment, and are difficult to find or must be custom made for many other plant facilities.
