The project also includes the abatement and demolition of the Physical Plant Maintenance Shop and the Grounds Maintenance Shop buildings. UNC is soliciting services for a team to design three packages for this project: abatement and demolition of existing Grounds, fuel station relocation, and renovation of 2-3 buildings along with the design of a metal building at Carolina North.
