The vendor shall build for DDG51 LBES a new electric plant DIU Switch IAW Approved NSWCPD DWG 30041139. Fabrication of this switch will improve the level of facility control and upgrade the ZEDS infrastructure to permit controls testing of DDG 51s modernized in the next half decade.
