This requirement is to procure commercial hardware and licenses for the NAVFAC Enterprise-wide use of Cisco equipment used on Control Systems Platform Enclave (CSPE). CSPE is a security solution built to provide maximum security and resiliency to building control systems and utility control systems within the critical infrastructure for the US Navy.

We are beginning to migrate our existing facilities as well as develop new projects in Niagara 4 as required for operation on our new Control Systems Platform Enclave (CSPE) network. Data from the AMI front-end server are available to multiple users through the Control System Platform Enclave (CSPE). The Specified Manufacturer and Product Line meters will be configured and programmed using Government-licensed software from the respective Specified Manufacturer.
