The size standard for NAICS is $16.5 million.Purpose: The purpose of this sources sought is to seek out commercial contractor that can provide all the necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and any other items and services necessary to provide an air show control point with Air Boss and Consultant Services, Air Show Narration Services, Air Show Sound Services, and Ground Boss Services for the Joint Base Charleston Air Expo “

The Air Boss and Associated Services stated herein shall include services of 1) Recognized Air boss for Multiple Venue; 2) Air Show Narrator; 3) Air Show Sound; and 4) Live stream.

The contractor shall provide an external validation of defense in depth measures implemented and information concerning potential malicious traffic directed to and from Air Force IP Space on a global level.  The primary analysis must cover the commercial internet point for Air Force, show true source IP, and analyze patterns of traffic for potential and identified exploitations. 

Additionally, vendor must assess the air show spectator viewing area and personnel entry points into the area. Vendor must meet with base personnel, to include but not limited to security forces, civil engineering and other personnel as required by Air Show Ground Operations Director. Finally, vendor must prepare a detailed logistics plan including traffic flow assessments up to base, through base entry points, and to the parking locations.
