The 2020 Homeless Point in Time Count Registration is now open! Pierce County Human Services Homeless Point-in-Time Count registration form. The Count will be January 24, 2020. The day shift will start at 8 am and you can select your outreach times and locations, and your training all through the registration portal. For the first time ever, volunteers from 2019 can do a refresher webinar!

The County of Marin, on behalf of the Marin County Continuum of Care, seeks written proposals from applicants with demonstrated experience and success in conducting Homeless Point In Time Counts through this Request for Proposal (RFP) for professional services and technical assistance to support the 2024 Point in Time Count (PIT). Responses to this RFP may also be used to procure professional services for the 2026 PIT.

Experience with conducting homeless point in time counts, censuses and other processes to quantify a city’s homeless population. f. Proposer must have a business license from the City of Murrieta, prior to execution of an agreement. g.

According to the 2023 Homeless Point in Time Count, the San Jacinto Valley- inclusive of the City of San Jacinto, the City of Hemet, and the surrounding Riverside County Unincorporated areas- is home to 395 unsheltered homeless persons. This proposal seeks to build 30-60 new beds by December 31, 2024. Operations will be continued until June 30, 2026.
