Berkeley Gate is the primary Installation Entry Control Point and runs 24/7 operations. It is used by Privately Operated Vehicles and visitors and experiences high volumes of traffic during peak hours. There are two inbound and two outbound lanes, the second inbound lane is only used during peak hours. In its current configuration, the entry control point does not meet Security Forces requirements critical to the safety of the installation.
