The construction activities will require implementation of storm water pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) & Traffic Control Plan as indicated on plans.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, supplies, tools, parts, materials, permits, travel and incidentals necessary to remove and demolish the structures on one parcel and address, abate all hazardous materials to include but not limited to friable and non-friable asbestos and lead paint, according to all environmental laws and regulations, and provide any necessary Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) or Stormwater Pollution Prevention

Additional work may include employee training, maintenance facility Pollution Prevention Plan and Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Plan inspections, assisting with various data collection and management plan development such as street sweeping, vehicle washing, and Water Quality Improvement Plans.

Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and/or Dust Control Plans; all services in accordance with the included project specifications.

Contractor agrees to provide to California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Right of Way Demolition and Clearance, Billboard Removal and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) or Water Pollution Control Program (WPCP) services and implementation of said Plan(s).
